"Nick watch where you're going man!" yelled someone he was apparently with.

He wasn't very old looked my age or even younger.

"I'm sorry Miss....." he asked

"Oh I'm Laura Colombo." I stuttered out.

"well Laura, I'm Nick Carter & am very sorry about that. I'm bad at
watching where I'm going." he said laughing.

"Oh, she won't have any problem forgiving you." Jess piped in. The only
person that I can think of that she can't forgive is..."

"...MARC!!!!" everyone in my class shouted.

"Gee thanks guys!" I said sarcastically. "Well seeing as someone would
like to be introduced, Nick this is Jessica Somerville, Jessy this is Nick
Carter."

"Nice to meet you Nick." Jessy said

"You..Too." Nick managed.

"Well girls now that you're done get back to work!" yelled Ms. Turner.

"We'll see you guys later, ok?" I told them.

"Alright, bye." said Nick.

About 20 minutes later we started the tryouts and my entire family was
there in the front row waiting for fate as you could call it.
It was my turn and I managed every step perfectly. As the music ended
Fatima called me over to her and the group.

"Well Miss Colombo you looked excellent out there and we would love to add
you to our dance team for their future tour." She said & everyone was
looking at for a response including a certain pair of eyes looking at more
than just my face.

"I'd love to!" I shrieked.

"Great!"said Fatima "Then fill out this contract and give it to me , oh
and how old are you?"

"16."

"Then we will have to get parental permission and you will have a guardian
on the tour. Probably their manager or Nick's mom since she is coming
along."

"Ok great, thanks!" I said practically running to my family to tell them
the news.

"Oh honey, I'm so proud of you!" my mom said hugging me.

"Congrats, sis." said Vic.

"Thanks bro." I replied

*after tryouts*

"Well we would just like to announce who the 5 lucky ladies joining our
crew as our main dancers on the tour are!" Fatima started. "They are
Jessica Somerville, Laura Colombo, Jera Wancho, Renee Pastor & Melissa Kosky."

We all shrieked in joy when we heard we were all picked!

This is fantastic I thought. I couldn't help but think about the possible
romance between me & Nick. But does he have the same feelings for me??
